Regular Taiwan Post Shipments take 7-10 days to deliver . EMS / DHL express mail arrives within 2 - 8 business days depending on your location. We can use the address you provide to estimate the delivery date for EMS /DHL Express.
Shipping fees (USD $8.5 for order under USD$ 100, USD $10 for order above USD $100, or USD $24 for DHL express or EMS . ) .please understand all shipping fees and 30% restocking fees are non-refundable.
If you have not received your item within 30 working days from the date of mailing, please contact us and we will check the status of your mail with Taiwan Post or EMS/DHL for details. Packages will be considered lost in the mail 8 weeks after the shipping date. If an item you purchased was returned to us due to delivery failure , ( you missed delivery, and subsequently failed to collect it from your local post office using the post office notification form within the allotted time ) , the item may then be returned to us due to your non-collection . Please understand due to all our cost , we will only refund 70% of the item price (excluding shipping).
Do not simply send jewelry back to us without communicating with us. There will be no refunds and exchanges. Thank you very much for your understanding .Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
